Kudos to Manny Pacquiao our "Pambansang Kamao" for winning his 7th title in 7 different weight classes. He's called an anomaly because he has risen to the top jumping from different weight class but still retaining his vaunted speed and power. But I'll say yes he is an anomaly... but he's the Philippine's Best Anomaly!
